Bodii Holistic Health provides coaching services that focus on holistic wellness, including nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, retreats, and workshops. Services are delivered through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, events, or online platforms.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• All coaching sessions or services require prior scheduling.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a fee.

• A no-show without prior notice will be charged in full.

3. Payment & Fees

• Payments for services are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Fees for coaching services, workshops, and retreats are outlined on our website and in specific service agreements.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Clients will be notified of any price changes prior to their next service.

4. Health Disclaimer

• Our coaching services are designed to support wellness and guide individuals toward making healthy choices. However, we do not provide medical advice.

• By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for seeking the advice of a healthcare professional for any medical issues.

• Clients should not disregard medical advice or delay seeking treatment based on the information provided during coaching or workshops.

5. Confidentiality

• All personal information shared by clients during coaching sessions, workshops, or retreats will remain confidential.

• We will not share or disclose any personal data without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided through our services, including but not limited to guides, worksheets, and resources, are the intellectual property of Bodii Holistic Health.

• Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without our consent is prohibited.

7. Retreat & Workshop Terms

• All retreats and workshops must be booked in advance. Specific terms, including pricing and policies related to retreats or workshops, will be provided upon booking.

• In the event of cancellation by Bodii Holistic Health, clients will receive a full refund.

• Clients must comply with all retreat or workshop guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from the retreat or workshop with no refund.

8. Liability

• By participating in our services, you agree that Bodii Holistic Health is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participating in coaching sessions, workshops, or retreats.

• Clients participate at their own risk, and it is their responsibility to assess their ability to participate in all activities.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services at any time. Clients are required to pay for services rendered up until the point of termination.

• We reserve the right to refuse services or terminate any agreement with a client who engages in inappropriate behavior, violates our policies, or refuses to comply with the terms of service.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Amendments

• Bodii Holistic Health reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Bodii Holistic Health operates. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
